What's the difference between the desktop client and the extension version? Which should I use?

The desktop client is our main professional app, with multi-Worker concurrency, batch link import, and background processing for e-commerce sellers and power users. The extension version is a lightweight option for occasional personal use. For efficient batch work, we recommend the desktop client.

What operating systems are supported? Is there a Mac version?

Currently supports Windows 10 / 11 64-bit only. A Mac version is in the pipeline — stay tuned.

How do I purchase a license? What's the pricing?

Click the Buy License button in the navigation bar or the Activate entry in the client to visit the license store and choose a plan. Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans are available.

Is there a free trial?

You can use the client without activation, but core download features are limited. Activate to unlock all features and enjoy the full professional experience.

No. The extension version and the desktop client will be maintained in parallel. The extension version keeps the lightweight basics, while the desktop client focuses on batch processing and professional features.
